People think that weight loss is only about diet and exercise and they forget one very important element - THE MIND.
Unless you take control of your mind there is no way you are going to get your food intake and exercise routine correct long term, no matter how hard you try. In order to take excess weight off and keep it off you have to exercise both the body and the mind, this you will be shown how to do when you come for your sessions at the HypnoResults Clinic.

This lead us to develop our own hypnotherapy weight loss program, we have come up with a program that works providing clients take our advice.
Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand where weight loss is concerned, but it will help you to feel more motivated to eat healthy and to exercise regularly. Exercise is a very important part of weight loss and the person who exercise regularly will keep the weight off permanently. I recommend all my client attend a gym at least twice a week and get a personal trainer to get you kick started.
We will only work with you providing you are committed and motivated to change. By having an open mind and a willingness to take part in your sessions you can achieve personal change at a deep level in your sub-conscious mind. This is the part of the mind which governs your motivations, perceptions and beliefs.

60 females, at least 20% of whom were overweight were involved in a clinical study, where treatments included group hypnosis, individual hypnosis and maintenance suggestions. How the Program Works
If you have more than 5 kilos to release, we recommend clients commit to attending at least 4 sessions, this is because weight reduction takes time. Its not just about changing what you eat and motivating you to exercise, this program changes how you feel about yourself and that can take time.
Prices
This weight loss program comprises of 4 sessions, the first session is for 2 hours and the following 3 sessions are for approx 60 to 90 mins.The total cost of these 4 sessions is $670 incl GST
When booking, all 4 sessions will be booked in and you are required to pay $100.00 deposit credit card or direct debit to secure your bookings. The remaining balance of $570.00 is due at the first session.
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, the $100.00 deposit becomes non-refundable 72 hours prior to your appointment time.
*Note: Any hypnosis packages paid in advance are non refundable, sessions can be re-booked at a later date with out any extra charges providing 72 hours notice is given in advance for the changes, (Mon-Fri 9am-5.00pm ).
What happens at the sessions
At the first session we discuss what you want to achieve and we do a short session of hypnosis. Following sessions will vary according to your needs. We use a range of hypnotherapy, some could involve interactive techniques that solve inner conflicts or resolve the underlying cause.
Our role as hypnotherapist is similar to going to the gym and having a personal trainer that knows how to get specific muscles in shape. So think of me as your personal coach and trainer for the muscles of your mind, a sort of mind mechanic, your partner helping and supporting you to achieve your goals. There will come a time when you will be able to use all the equipment in your mind on your own.

I first heard about Lorna approx 12months ago. Not one to hurry in my decision making, sceptical and in truth quite frightened to try hypnosis I contacted Lorna. Lorna arrange for me to see her the following Saturday to chat about what I hoped Hypnosis would do for me. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. After a rough couple of years I’d learnt to use food to comfort myself and it had really begun to show. I felt as though I couldn’t go a day without raiding the vending machine at work and frequently ate take-away rather than cook my own meals. I felt depressed about my weight and had lost my self-confidence. Even though I was only slightly overweight, I couldn’t seem to diet…it was like my mind was terrified of letting go of those emotional crutches. It finally got to a stage where I knew I had to change and I recognised that for whatever reason, I just couldn’t do it by myself. That’s when I saw a TV program on the benefits of hypnotism for weight loss.
I was a little sceptical (I’d tried at-home hypnosis with no success) so I decided that if Lorna could get me to eat bananas then I would know the hypnosis had worked. I have hated bananas my whole life and even the thought of trying to eat one made me feel physically sick. Well, after that first session I ate at least 3 bananas a day. I couldn’t get enough of them! I had discovered this amazing yummy food and for the first 2 weeks I just revelled in the texture and flavour of them. I had some issues with my weight that I wanted to address. After the first session I achieved the most wonderful results. I used to overeat at basically all meals. I would also eat when I was not hungry. I was not grossly overweight but felt I needed to lose some weight for my health. I have now stopped over eating and I have learnt to stop eating before I am full and now I am left feeling satisfied. I dont eat unless I am hungry and find that I do not think about or look to food at every opportunity. For many, many years I have been obese, not really through any mental influence of depression, anxiety etc., really through over indulgence. I am so surprised how motivated I have been and how the cravings for sweet, fatty foods have ceased. For many years I always opened a bottle of wine while preparing the evening meal and this is no longer part of my life. I have no difficulty in eating natural, healthy fruit and vegetables with a small amount of protein and have completely given up processed food and most carbohydrates. Not being very keen about exercise, I am surprised how addicted I have become and need to be physically active at every opportunity.
